Membership Application/Renewal Guidelines

Individual Membership Dues and Requirements

Rates:

• Old Members / Renewal – ₱200.00
• New Members / New Applications – ₱400.00

Requirements for New Applications:

• Letter of intent
• Recommendation letter from a superior (e.g., chairperson, parish priest)

Requirements for Renewal:

• Attendance at the REAP General Assembly in the previous year
• Attendance at least one (1) REAP webinar

Institutional Membership Dues and Requirements

Requirements:

1. Group Letter of Intent
2. Group Recommendation from:
   • School head / employer / superior (if employed)
   • Parish priest or lay coordinator (if parish-based)
   • Formator (for religious or faith-based community members)
3. Group payment

Dues by Category:

• Small (1–10 members) – ₱2,000
• Medium (11–20 members) – ₱3,500
• Large (21–40 members) – ₱5,000
• Extra Large (41+ members) – ₱8,000

Note: All members under institutional membership must create their own REAP accounts via https://account.reapph.org.

For Institutional Membership

• Group Recommendation
• Institution Name
• Group Category (Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large)
• Proof of Payment
• List of Members and inform them to create REAP Portal accounts via https://account.reapph.org
